Vince Sorace

President, CEO & Director

Mr. Sorace is a mineral exploration and mining entrepreneur with over 25 years of international business and capital markets experience. Mr. Sorace has financed and led several resource companies with assets in the U.S., Canada and Europe, and has raised over $200M in equity and debt financings for public and private entities. He has been the founder, served as a Director and held CEO positions for numerous companies with extensive experience in development, management and public company governance in the resource and alternative energy sectors. Mr. Sorace is also an officer and director of Black Sea Copper & Gold Corp.

Rob Duncan, M.Sc.

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Duncan has over 26 years of experience in mineral exploration for major mining companies (Rio Tinto, Inmet Mining) and junior explorers. Mr. Duncan has held senior management positions at several junior explorers and has conducted exploration throughout the North American Cordillera and Canadian Shield on a wide variety of deposit types including orogenic gold, porphyry copper (gold), VMS, and high sulphidation gold-silver. His extensive technical background in VMS systems includes Kudz Ze Kayah and Wolverine in Yukon’s Finlayson District, Izok Lake in Nunavut, Pine Bay in Flin Flon Manitoba and the Copper Creek – Delta Junction Districts of Alaska.

Sue Craig

Vice President, Community & Environment

Ms. Craig has worked in British Columbia and Yukon for over 25 years on projects from the exploration and development stage to construction, production and mine closure. Her experience includes work with publicly-listed mining companies, Territorial and Federal Governments, First Nations and industry associations. From 2013 to 2016, Ms. Craig was the Director of Government and Community Relations for Aurico Gold as the Kemess Underground Project entered the Environmental Assessment Process. In 2006, Ms. Craig successfully led the Environmental Assessment process for NovaGold's Galore Creek project and played a key role in establishing the Participation Agreement with the Tahltan Nation. She has received a number of awards recognizing her contributions toward environmental stewardship and sustainable development, including AME’s inaugural 2007 Robert R. Hedley Award for her “excellence in social and environmental responsibility”.

Rory Kutluoglu, B.Sc. P.Geo.

Vice President, Exploration & Development

Mr. Kutluoglu is a professional geologist with over 10 years of mineral exploration experience across North America, and has held several executive management roles in Canadian junior exploration companies. As Exploration Manager for Kaminak Gold Corp. from 2012-2015, he was instrumental in delivering the maiden resource, positive preliminary economic assessment and positive feasibility study for the Coffee Gold Project, Yukon, which was acquired by Goldcorp Inc. in 2016 for $520 million. In addition to designing and executing multiple exploration programs, Mr. Kutluoglu has managed comprehensive environmental baseline and feasibility study programs, and participated in effective community engagement. Mr. Kutluoglu obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Lakehead University, is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, and is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

Angus Christie, PhD GDE

Senior Manager, Engineering

Mr. Christie has over 30 years of experience in mine project development, resource and reserve estimation, mining, mineral beneficiation, water and waste management, environmental management and financial evaluation of mining projects. Mr. Christie was employed by Anglo American for 23 years which included roles as Mine Geologist, Resource Manager and Divisional Technical Manager in South Africa, Colombia and Canada. Following this he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Cardero Coal Ltd. in 2012. Between 2013 and 2016 Mr. Christie was employed by JDS Engineering & Mining as a Project Manager where he successfully completed the positive feasibility studies for Sabina Gold & Silver Corp.'s Back River Project (Nunavut) and Kaminak Gold Corp.'s Coffee Project (Yukon).

Gavin Cooper, CPA CA

CFO & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Cooper is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and financial management. For the past 35 years, Mr. Cooper has been providing strategic and financial advice and corporate administration services, and has held senior positions with a number of public and private companies with local and international operations. He was formerly the CFO of VRB Power Systems Inc., a TSXV listed company involved in the development and production of flow-battery energy storage systems, CEO and a director of a ship-construction project with a budget in excess of $400 million, and Director of Finance & Administration at a shipyard that had employed over 1,000 workers. He is currently CFO of Black Sea Copper & Gold Ltd., and acts as CFO, corporate secretary and director of various other TSXV listed companies. He has a Hons. Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Africa and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.
